One nights deposit is required when reservations are made for a two day stay. If stays are longer, 50% of the room rate is required. From July to October and January to March a two night minimum is required. On all holiday and special event weekend a 3 or 4 night minimum may apply. Holidays include, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Christmas and New Years.

Cancellations. If a cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to your arrival you will receive a refund of your deposit minus a $35.00 per room handling fee. If your cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to your arrival the deposit will be forfeited unless we rebook the room, in which case you will receive your deposit, minus the $35.00 handling fee.
