COVID Protocol & Operating Procedures
Hard surfaces of the common areas, touch points and guest rooms are frequently cleaned and sanitized with a commercial, hospital grade disinfectant, Mediclean or equivalent, approved by the EPA for effective elimination of the COVID virus.
At the beginning of every shift, each staff member will have their temperature taken. If their temperature shows any sign of fever, they will not report for work until medically cleared.
All staff will log daily their responses to the presence of any cough, fever of shortness of breath. If they report any symptoms associated with COVID, they will not report for work until medically cleared.
All staff will log any contact or exposure to an individual known to be currently infected with COVID. If they report any contact associated with COVID, they will not report for work until medically cleared.
We follow current mask mandates of the Governor of New York and/or Regional Authorities.
Any unvaccinated staff will wear a face mask as ordered or recommended by the Governor of New York and Regional Authorities.
All Staff will maintain sanitary hand washing techniques to reduce the possibility of contamination or cross contamination.
We encourage unvaccinated guests to wear Personal Protective Equipment, PPE to protect themselves and others within common areas.
Fresh linens and towels are always provided to our guests at the beginning of each stay and per request.
In-room services will be upon request for fresh linens, towels or toiletries. No Staff will enter any guest room after check-in unless requested or approved by the guest.
In-room breakfast and/or bar service is delivered at the discretion of each guest, either placed inside or outside the suite door.
Private dining areas will be reserved per each guest suite or group of friends traveling together.
Jenny Suite & Jenny Suite XL have private outside entrance as well as a connecting door to the Great Room.
Hand sanitizer is provided in each guest suite and throughout common areas.
