We know that an integral part of travel is great food and our Chef has crafted a menu sure to leave your taste buds tingling. Every morning begins with a French Press of local Adirondack Mountain Coffee or tea. Because we know what a treat it is to enjoy your first beverage of the day in bed we are always happy to bring an early morning tray directly to your door. A decadent two-course breakfast can be enjoyed either in your suite or in one of our many intimate dining spaces. First course may include fresh, seasonal fruit, pastry, or yogurt with granola & honey, followed by the Chef’s selection of daily entree. We rotate our menu daily, so even if you are staying with us for an extended period, you can enjoy a different breakfast each day. Homemade yogurt, seasonal fruit, and honey are always on hand should you be in the mood for a lighter option. We offer additional morning drinks or libations from our house bar of Espressos, Lattes, Irish coffees, Bloody Marys and Mimosas. A Few Examples Of Our Decadent Offerings that always incorporate local Farm Fresh Eggs:
Sweet potatoes, red potatoes, caramelized onions and carnitas topped with two fried eggs.
Stagecoach Special - scrambled eggs, spicy sausage, red and yellow peppers, caramelized onions, and cheese served with sour cream and salsa.
Mediterranean Inspired - scrambled eggs, sautéed mixed greens of swiss chard and spinach, with feta and white cheddar cheeses and red pepper all wrapped in a veggie tortilla grilled on the stove top.
Brioche French Toast:
Sweet, buttery brioche bread dipped in egg, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg, served with local maple syrup from Bechard's Sugar House. Toppings may include warm cinnamon apples with toasted pecans, salted caramel whiskey sauce, or fresh fruit compote.
Baked with cheese, and varied seasonal vegetables.
Eggs with Avocado Toast:
Guest choice of fried or scrambled eggs with sourdough toast topped with avocado mash.
Poached Egg on an English Muffin topped with Homemade Hollandaise Sauce:

Florentine - spinach, tomato

Crab Cake - Old Bay seasoned Maryland-style crab cake
French style omelette, Herbs & Local Goat Cheese topped with an Avocado & Tomato relish and accompanied by roasted Pork Belly
Sweet Potato and potato hash with braised pork topped with two eggs over medium and our in house Jalapeño aioli.
