We know that an integral part of travel is great food and we have crafted a menu sure to leave your taste buds tingling. Every morning begins with a French Press of local Adirondack Mountain Coffee or tea. Because we know what a treat it is to enjoy your first beverage of the day in bed, we are always happy to bring an early morning tray directly to your door. A decadent breakfast can be enjoyed either in your suite or in one of our many intimate dining spaces. We rotate our menu daily, so even if you are staying with us for an extended period, you can enjoy a different breakfast each day. Homemade yogurt and granola, seasonal fruit, and honey are always on hand should you be in the mood for a lighter option. We offer additional morning drinks or libations from our house bar of Espressos, Lattes, Irish coffees, Bloody Marys and Mimosas. Our version of a croque madame - French toast baked with blackberry jam, prosciutto, gruyere cheese, and topped with sunny up eggs.
Eggs and cream baked with cheese, varied seasonal vegetables, and fresh herbs.
Brioche French Toast:
Sweet, buttery brioche bread dipped in egg, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg, served with local maple syrup from Bechard's Sugar House. Toppings may include warm cinnamon apples with toasted pecans, salted caramel whiskey sauce, or fresh fruit compote.

Potatoes, caramelized onions and pork carnitas topped with two fried eggs.
Eggs with Avocado Toast:
Guest choice of fried or scrambled eggs with sourdough toast topped with avocado mash and EVOO.
Stagecoach Special - scrambled eggs, spicy sausage, red and yellow peppers, caramelized onions, and cheese served with sour cream and salsa.
Mediterranean Inspired - scrambled eggs, sautéed mixed greens of swiss chard and spinach, with feta and white cheddar cheeses and red pepper all wrapped in a veggie tortilla grilled on the stove top.
