Official Policy: While Whiteface strives to present an exceptional experience and snow product, there are days where uncontrollable factors come into play. If guests find that conditions are not meeting expectations at Whiteface on any given day, they have up to One hour from the time of lift ticket hotel voucher redemption to return to Guest Services at Whiteface for a voucher for another day of skiing good through the following year.
Reservations are due in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable or transferable.
