William Darrah
William joined our team in February of 2022 to focus on creating an unforgettable dining experience for all of our guests. Our guests can experience his culinary delights six nights a week. Come relax and enjoy, what we believe, is the best food you will find in Lake Placid. Limited seatings available daily and reservations are required. Chef William is from Saranac Lake and has worked under some of the most prestigious chefs in our area, including David Cunningham, Christopher Bellanka, Justin Hoyt, and Nicky Berrachough. William first started in kitchens in 1999, and has worked at Bitter & Bones, Brown’s Market Bistro, Top of the Park, and The Point before coming to Stagecoach Inn. He continues to live in Saranac Lake and enjoys growing fresh herbs that he often incorporates into his recipes.
